I am Merel, a photographer from the Netherlands. Graduated from the NAVB, Nederlandse fotovakschool in 2021. My passion for photography started at a young age. As a young student I followed a short training for analogue photography at the NAVB. After years of working in PR and communication, I decided to completely change course and continue my professional training as a photographer at the NAVB and follow my passion.I get my inspiration from traveling and meeting people. I like to stop time to capture a moment or person forever. When I make a portrait I like to make something special. Besides portrait photography, I make art projects. Photography is a way for me to express my creativity. I make projects with full dedication and passion. And especially always a bit of Merel.
